Itchy Scratchy Viral Campaign
This strikes me as a very odd viral campaign -- it's mildly entertaining, creative in its use of video and photoshop (though the prose is a bit over the top), but I can't figure out for the life of me what they're trying to pitch . . . unless it's all about generating traffic for the links on the right side of the page? If that's all it is, then I'm disappointed.
To me, it's like the perfect lost opportunity for promoting a new romantic-comedy movie in a genuinely creative way, utilizing stills and video clips from the actual film. Oh, and I found the page through this website here.
